Seven-day full refund window
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days after the purchase date.
Email [email protected] before the seven-day period ends. Use the email address supplied at checkout and include enough information to locate the purchase, such as the purchaser name, receipt, or Stripe order details. Do not send card numbers or other payment credentials.
Once issued, the refund is returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears.
Immediate digital delivery
This is a digital product; nothing is physically shipped. After Stripe confirms payment, your browser is redirected immediately to the secure delivery page at downloads.marsemit.com.
The automatic access window remains open for 30 days from purchase and allows up to ten completed downloads. Each download link is short-lived and tied to the verified purchase. Save and back up the ZIP during the access window.
After the file is saved, authorised use of Version 2.0 remains permanent under the included single-user license. The 30-day window and ten-download limit govern automatic file access, not the duration of the license.
Delivery problems
If payment succeeds but the delivery page does not become ready, the redirect is interrupted, or the ZIP cannot be opened, email [email protected]. Include the purchase email address and receipt or Checkout Session details, but never send full payment credentials.
Requesting delivery help does not shorten the seven-day refund window.
Returns and cancellations
Because the product is delivered digitally, there is no physical item to return. This is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, so there is no recurring plan to cancel. The seven-day refund process above applies even if you have already downloaded the ZIP.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, refund right, cooling-off right, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited where you live. If applicable law gives you greater protection than this policy, that law applies.
